4m Guillotine – Clean, Accurate Cutting
Our 4-metre guillotine enables precise, repeatable cuts across large sheets, ideal for skirtings, kick plates, corner guards, architectural components, and custom profiles. Its capacity ensures efficiency even on larger panels.
4m Folder – Consistent, High-Quality Bending
With our in-house 4-metre folder, we produce long, straight bends with exceptional consistency. This is essential for folded panels, flashings, and architectural elements that require sharp, uniform lines. On-site folding capability gives us greater control over quality and turnaround times.
Laser Cutting – Complex Shapes, Perfectly Executed
Through our laser cutting partners we create intricate designs and precise shapes that traditional methods cannot achieve. From decorative panels to functional components - all executed with pinpoint accuracy.
Rolling & Curved Fabrication – Precision for Architectural Forms
From rolling skirtings to suit pillars and curved walls, to making frames to suit arched doorways, we deliver smooth and accurately curved components for a variety of architectural applications. We can also form custom channels and angles, and support office partitions and shopfronts with curved corners. By utilising top-quality in-house tooling as well as trusted rolling partners we have refined the process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a high-quality finish across every project.
Corner Notcher – Clean Corners, Perfect Fit
Our corner notcher ensures cleanly removed sheet metal corners, allowing components to fit together seamlessly. This is particularly valuable for trays, boxes, and architectural details where clean, sharp corners are both functional and visually appealing.
