Light Weight Timber MDF doors have a 4.75mm MDF skin, pine rails and a Dufaylite honeycomb core. These doors are available in 3 different thicknesses; 35mm, 38mm and 44mm, with 44mm being an industry standard.

Semi Solid MDF doors have a reinforced internal structure, a 9mm MDF skin and MDF rails. These are available in 35mm, 38mm and 44mm thicknesses. Typically these are used for medium to high traffic areas and entry doors where security is important, but not paramount.

Solid Core MDF Doors

Solid core MDF doors have a solid particle board core, a 9mm MDF skin and MDF rails. These doors are external grade and are suitable for use as main entry and exit points.
